Catholic Charities has big plans for the Dorothy Day Center in St. Paul, which aids the homeless by keeping them safe and off the streets. Leaders from several major Twin Cities companies on Friday will launch a $40 million private fundraising campaign to help fund Catholic Charities' ambitious plans for a new Dorothy Day Center in St. Paul.
