However, the CEO of one major company who would like to acquire CSX doesn't mind talking about it at all. The Wall Street Journal reported last week that Canadian Pacific Railway Ltd. approached Jacksonville-based CSX for the second time in January about a merger, and was rebuffed for a second time.
