Improvements in construction activity in the U.S. and Mexico seem to be showing up in Cemex's results and the company is seeing some pricing strength with capacity utilization upside. Cost and efficiency improvements have led to better margins across many of Cemex's global segments and management is working on reducing its leverage and regaining investment-grade status.
