Court: Hormel workers owed for time putting on uniforms

The state Supreme Court said Hormel Foods Corporation owes hundreds of workers at its Beloit canning plant back wages for time spent putting on and taking off required clothing and equipment. The high court released a 4-2 decision on Tuesday upholding Rock County Circuit Judge Michael Fitzpatrick's ruling that the Minnesota-based food company owes 330 workers $195,000.
