(Telecompaper) Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico has signed a memorandum on the sale of the state's 49 percent stake in Slovak Telekom to Deutsche Telekom, which already owns 51 percent of it, reports eTrend.sk. The government aims to use the money from the sale to acquire two private health insurance companies to create a single health insurer.
