Columbus developer Tim Spencer plans to anchor the redevelopment of the OfficeScape IV property in Worthington with a tenant he had hoped to place in Upper Arlington. The owner of Trivium Development LLC told me he has the vacant, 53,200-square-foot property at 350 W. Wilson Bridge Road in contract for nearly $2 million, with plans for a $7.9 million renovation.
