In the frame of our development we are looking for Development and Industrialization Printed Circuit Board Engineer PCB based in TOULOUSE. You are integrated in the Electronics Competence Center and mainly in the Development and Industrialization Department. Your main responsibilities are Technical review management and risk analysis Qualification management of new technologies, introduction of new technologies and raw materials in order to get the high performances of electronic boards Regular technical monitoring of each PCB manufacturer as PCB Officer Improvement of the performance of manufacturer through your technical support according to needs management of nonconformances, implementation of preventive and corrective actions Selection process management of each supplier in cooperation with Purchasing Department and Product Lines Technical skills Master Degree in the industry operating electronic, mechanical or thermal domains Experience in electronic boards industry and if possible in the printed circuit board PCB at manufacturers Technical and technological curiosity Manufacturability industrialization oriented Project management You are comfortable in English, both written and spoken. Basic level of French or a strong motivation to learn it is required. Preferred skills Rigor and autonomy, negotiation management and decision making, good interpersonal skills and reactivity Aptitude and technical capacity to manage complex subjects from design phase to the problem solving You are adaptable, able to work with people from different backgrounds in a highly skilled team.
