Intended for general-purpose, high-speed differential bus probing, N7000A InfiniiMax III+ differential probes work with all InfiniiMax III probe heads and incorporate InfiniiMode technology to enable measurement of all components of differential signal. Unique S-parameters of each InfiniiMax III+ probe amp are stored in probe amp and used with S-parameters of various probe heads to further flatten magnitude and phase response of probe for higher accuracy.
