Combining laser-camera sensor head with video monitor, MetaView System enables machine operator to control horizontal and vertical positions of Submerged Arc Welding head from remote location. All-digital version uses color touchscreen as video monitor and digital color camera in sensor head for optimized image quality and noise immunity. Additional features include digital zoom, pan, and tilt as well as ability to add second camera to provide overview of weld head.
