Supplied in TO-218AC and TO-220AB packages, Teccor™ SK225xD/SK255KD/SK625xD/SK655KD Series SCR Switching Thyristors are unidirectional switches designed to handle voltage spikes and power surges in incoming 50/60 Hz AC power mains up to 440 Vrms. SK225xD/SK255KD Series can take up to 1,300 V, while SK625xD/SK655KD Series can handle up to 1,700 V without malfunctioning. Internal ceramic insulation provides electrical isolation voltage to ensure safety.
