Featuring frequency range of 2–9 GHz, Model CMD232 is suited for military, space, and communications systems that require small size and high linearity. At 6 GHz, GaAs MMIC driver amplifier delivers greater than 15 dB of gain with corresponding output 1 dB compression point of +17 dBm and output IP3 of 23 dBm. Device's 50 Ω matched design eliminates need for external DC blocks and RF port matching. It offers full passivation for reliability and moisture protection.
