Designed to boost load capacity without increasing overall height, EMD2 Series Enhanced Maxi-Duty Casters feature forged steel wheels that are CNC-machined with slight crown for optimal rollability and swiveling. Casters have 7 in. diameter thrust ball bearing as main load bearing and 1¼ in. precision tapered roller bearing as secondary bearing to counteract radial thrust. Wheel diameters range from 8 x 3 in. rated at 28,000 lb up to 12 x 4 in. rated at 40,000 lb.
