EPA finalizes WOTUS

EPA issued its final 297 page rule regarding the Waters of the U.S. (WOTUS) redefining what ditches, streams, ponds, and wetlands will be regulated under the Clean Water Act. According to EPA the rule would provide more clarity and addresses concerns that earlier definitions were too broad and vague. read more
