Intended for assembly and repair applications, Xuron® Model 9200ASF Micro-Shear® Flush Cutter has tapered head for reaching into densely populated PCBs and lead retainer that prevents flying leads. By-pass shear action cutting produces clean, square cuts without spikes. Ergonomic tool, made from alloyed steel, conforms to ANSI/ESD.S20.20 and DOD-HDBK-263 specifications and has static dissipative hand grips. Alloyed steel cutting edges are hardened to Rc 56-58.
