We are currently looking for an Electronics Engineer RF Digital HW Developer to support our customer in Germany. Electronics Engineer RF Digital HW Developer Key Tasks and Responsibilities In this role you will have the following responsibilities RTL firmware specification, and design using the VHDL language Functional Verification Timing analysis Driving ISE tools to implement the solution Targeting the Xilinx FPGA devices Debug the hardware board and the FPGA firmware using lab equipment or chip scope Application of development, verification and configuration control processes Workplanning, projectspecific reporting. Skills Experience You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience Degree in Electronics preferably RF and digital electronics, or equivalent title Several years of experience in industry Strong FPGA tools knowledge including timing closure for FPGAs Strong FPGA device knowledge including 3rd party IP Implementation of high speed interfaces such as PCIe Implementation of onchip bus such as AMBA BUS Bench testing and debugging hardware problems Application knowledge in communications, high speed data transfer and signal processing German and English fluent, also for technical reports Good team spirit and ability to work in an international environment Willingness of international travel and collocations of up to three weeks in Italy and France.
