Electronics industry upbeat on prospects of Internet of Things

With the arrival of 4G and 5G technologies, the Internet of Things will be the next big thing for the electronics industry, said Gou Tai-chiang , the chairman of the Taiwan Electrical and Electronics Manufacturers' Association yesterday. Gou made the remark at the opening ceremony of TAITRONICS 2014, or the 40th Taipei International Electronics Show, held at Taipei World Trade Center's Nangang Exhibition Hall, yesterday.
