Ethan Allen execs fight back

Ethan Allen executives took issue Friday with recent comments by an activist investor waging a proxy war against the furniture maker who called into question recent actions by the company's chief executive officer. Ethan Allen said Friday that Sandell Asset Management has mischaracterized a stock transaction that Kathwari made in March.
