FCA files IPO for Ferrari on NYSE

Turin, July 23 - Fiat Chrysler Automobiles said Thursday it has filed its Ferrari unit's initial public offering on the New York Stock Exchange, including submitting documents to the Securities and Exchange Commission in the US. FCA, which has long said it intends to sell some shares in the luxury carmaker, said in a statement that the tax office for Ferrari SpA will remain in Italy.
