George Zimmer , the once-familiar face fronting Men's Wearhouse, has something new up his sleeve: zTailors, a startup he calls "the Uber for tailors," serving Houston and other cities. The online service works like this: You need a tailor? You go to zTailors.com - yes, the "Z" is for Zimmer - or use its app, type in your ZIP code and summon a tailor to your home to alter your wardrobe .
