Former XTO Energy employee sentenced in oil, gas mail fraud

A former XTO Energy employee has been sentenced to more than five years in prison for oil and gas mail fraud. The Fort Worth Star-Telegram reports that 33-year-old Steven E. Fisackerly was also ordered to pay $1 million in restitution after defrauding XTO Energy when he worked at its Fort Worth offices.
