All 11 devices are included in Freescales Product Longevity Program, assuring availability for a decade or more AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Mar. 3, 2014-- Freescale Semiconductor (NYSE: FSL), a global leader in radio frequency (RF) power transistors, today announced the availability of 11 new commercial RF power LDMOS products that can meet the requirements of U.S. defense electronics applications.
