Operating at 13.05 GHz with external 100 MHz reference oscillator, 1.0 x 1.0 x 0.22 in. SFS13050H-LF features typical phase noise of -88 dBc/Hz @ 10 kHz offset. This RoHS-compliant, single-frequency synthesizer delivers output power of 0±3 dBm while operating from -40 to +85°C. Powered by VCO voltage supply of 5 Vdc while drawing 90 mA (typ) and PLL voltage of 3 Vdc while drawing 45 mA (typ), frequency source features -30 dBc typ harmonic suppression and -70 dBc spurious suppression.
