Along with 36 in. x 18 ft x 15 in. workspace, No. 867 has 800,000 BTU/hr installed in natural gas burner and one 12,500 cfm, 10 hp stainless steel recirculating blower. Oven travel length comprises 3 ft open belt loading and unloading zones, 18 ft insulated heat zone with recirculated airflow, and 30 in. wide, 304 stainless steel woven wire conveyor belt. Latter features 3 in. high flex plate edges and is driven by ½ hp motor v-belt drive capable of variable speed operation from 1–19 ipm.
