Featuring modular construction and expandability, 491Flex™ Calibration Gas Standards Generator uses permeation (or diffusion) tubes as component compound source for creating very low concentration mixtures. Unit replaces analog controls of 491M manual model with same controls developed for computer controlled FlexStream™ system. In addition, 491Flex utilizes electronic mass flow control and full PID temperature control.
