In a judgment delivered on Tuesday morning , Queensland Court of Appeal Justice Hugh Fraser found the one-time Brisbane real estate agent guilty of her manslaughter. He was found guilty of his wife's murder following a lengthy trial in 2014 and sentenced to life imprisonment with a non-parole period of 15 years.
