Feb. 16, 2016 - Graphic Packaging International, Inc., today announced that it has completed the previously announced acquisition of 100% of the outstanding equity of Walter G. Anderson, Inc. from its shareholders. WG Anderson is a premier folding carton manufacturer with a focus on store branded food and consumer product markets.
