Grocery store announced as first Stone Avenue Northpointe tenant

It is official: Harris Teeter will be the anchor tenant in the Northpointe mixed-use development on Stone Avenue where it meets North Church Street and Wade Hampton Boulevard. There has been much speculation about what store might be the selected grocery for the $60 million project.
