Role Purpose the Head of Projects Earth Observation is responsible for the overall project management function, providing leadership, coordination and management of the PM processes and functions. Skills and Experience Masters or Bachelors Degree 5 years of experience managing Earth Observation EO projects Must be fluent in English and Spanish. The interview will be held in English Leadership skills. Used to work with different teams. Ability to interact at all levels Strong team player Experience managing and monitoring staff utilization and account profitability Focus on client needs Attention to detail and proactivity. Proactive, dynamic and strong Organizational skills High communication and negotiation skills Ability to present information logically, clearly and concisely Ability to stay calm and methodical, even under the pressure of juggling conflicting priorities Focus on quality and on improvement Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities To provide strong leadership to promote Maintain a professional relationship with both the client and different suppliers To supervise, manage and mentor Project Manager Team of various levels of seniority and support in different tasks. To ensure project resources have the correct toolsets and processes in place and that all relevant staff are trained and equipped to deliver successfully Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects Identify, communicate and resolve project issues To coordinate with Financial, Sales and other Products and Services departments Others This is a temporary position to cover the current Head of Projects maternity leave which is expected to be 10 12 months. With high posibilities of continuing with the team afterwards Willing to work in shifts 614 or 1422 Mon to Sun.
