Heartland Express Announces Pricing of Secondary Public Offering of Common Stock

Heartland Express, Inc. announced today the pricing of an underwritten public secondary offering of 3,250,000 shares of Heartland's common stock by a selling stockholder at a price to the public of $23.75 per share. In addition, the underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 487,500 shares of common stock from the selling stockholder.
