Higg Index to boost Vietnam garment sector

The Vietnam Textile and Apparel Association (VITAS), the Sustainable Apparel Coalition (SAC) and Hong Kong-based garment firm TAL Group are to introduce the Higg Index in the country's textile and garment industry.
