ITV, BBC confirm BritBox SVOD launch for Q4, at GBP 6 per month

(Telecompaper) ITV and the BBC have signed an agreement to go ahead with the launch of the BritBox subscription streaming service in the UK in the fourth quarter of this year. The service will cost GBP 5.99 per month for HD access across multiple screens and devices, which the companies noted is less than other streaming services.
