In wake of CSX crash, Pennsylvania governor calls for more crude oil train regulation

President Barack Obama , pushing for more regulation of the 70 or so oil trains that roll through Pennsylvania each week. Jacksonville-based CSX Corp. and Norfolk Southern Corp. are the largest transporters of crude oil in the state.
