Indianapolis council delays vote on Angie's List incentives

The City-County Council has pushed back a vote on a package of tax incentives for online rating service Angie's List to expand its Indianapolis headquarters. The Indianapolis Star reports the $18.5 million incentive package was sent back to committee, getting delayed a second time after residents expressed concern over the company's profit troubles.
