Invuo keeps MeaWallet, eProducts going after selling SDS assets to consortium

(Telecompaper) Invuo Technologies said it now has enough liquidity to continue investing in its MeaWallet and eProducts businesses, by selling assets to a consortium including members of the Seamless Distribution System (SDS) management and board. It is considering legal action against AJ Group for breach of contract, after AJ failed to invest SEK 52 million for 20 million SDS shares and loans. Invuo added that Sheliza Jamal has resigned from its board of directors.
