Italian postpaid plans drop to cheapest in Europe after Iliad launch - study

(Telecompaper) Mobile prices in Italy have fallen to among the cheapest in Western Europe, according to the latest research by Telecompaper. Less than a year since Iliad's launch as the fourth operator, Italy has become the cheapest country for the biggest Sim-only plan compared by Telecompaper in its annual EU Benchmark report on postpaid mobile prices. The country also shows a high share of plans now offering over 10 GB per month.
