Johnson & Johnson said it has begun a safety and immunogenicity clinical trial of a preventive Ebola vaccine regimen in Sierra Leone. Patients eat in the recovery wing of the Hastings Ebola treatment centre in a neighborhood in Freetown December 21, 2014.
