CEO Alex Molinaroli has responded to the stream of attacks on his company from political candidates - primarily presidential hopeful Hillary Clinton - calling the manufacturing company unpatriotic for moving its corporate headquarters to Ireland as part of a merger with The merger between Glendale-based Johnson Controls and Ireland-based Tyco International will save an estimated $150 million in U.S. taxes, as well as another $350 million in operational efficiencies from merging the two companies.
