Guests will enjoy a five-course tableside meal at the Hilton Memphis April 26 as part of "Flavors of Memphis." These annual "Flavors" events are held in more than 20 cities across the U.S. James Beard Award winning chef Christopher Gross started the first fundraiser, in Phoenix, Arizona in 1991.
