Grandview police said they received their first 911 call about a person being hit by a train at 2:45 p.m. They arrived at 120th Street and Blue Ridge Boulevard behind the strip mall. At approximately 2:30 p.m. today, a train crew for The Kansas City Southern Railway Company saw a man sitting on the tracks in Grandview, Mo.
