Meat Market Update | Dropping cutout prices spur sales

The weekly average Choice cutout was down $2.52 at $186.69 which was close to the daily Choice cutout close on Friday. Dropping prices spurred sales and refilled the shelves at the stores after the holiday pushing the sales volume higher. By Ed Czerwien, USDA Market News Reporter read more
