The latest of what will soon be a dozen new Wisconsin Meijer stores open Tuesday in Wauwatosa and Oak Creek, adding a strong grocery component to two up-and-coming developments. In Tosa, Grand Rapids, Mich.-based Meijer Inc. opens near the fast-developing Mayfair Collection, a neighborhood which will soon see more than 1,000 new apartments and other housing plus an Austin, Texas-based Whole Foods Market.
