The KPN Foundation , an independent entity in the Netherlands that has the right to veto hostile takeovers, expressed concern that Amrica Mvil , the telecommunication giant controlled by Mexican billionaire Carlos Slim 's family, has not set out its intentions for KPN and E-plus, KPN's German subsidiary.
