Microsoft admits itll miss 1 billion Windows 10 user target on time, blames mobile implosion

Microsoft's Windows 10 has enjoyed brisk adoption, but it isn't going to hit its original one billion device target by 2018. Blame Windows 10 Mobile, which isn't shifting nearly enough units to make up the difference.
