Mobile games market forecast to grow 21% this year

(Telecompaper) The global games market is forecast to grow 8.5 percent to USD 99.6 billion in 2016, according to Newzoo's latest report. The e-sports market researcher expects the global market to grow with a CAGR of over 6.6 percent in 2016, eventually reaching USD 118.6 billion in 2019. The mobile games segment is expected to rise from USD 37 billion in 2016 to USD 52.5 billion in 2019.
