NEW YORK -- The semiconductor industry is the "one to watch for year-end," TheStreet 's Jim Cramer said on CNBC 's Squawk on the Street this morning, adding that it could be a leadership group. Cramer conceded that Hewlett-Packard indicated it might be struggling in its fourth quarter earnings report, but the sector is nonetheless "starting to go higher."
