Mortarboard decor lets new degree holders proclaim pride

At the Ohio University commencement ceremony in Athens, the Worthington native decorated her cap: "Tattooed N Degreed," it said in colorful tie-dyed letters, with a blue flower adding to the adornment. "I graduated from Columbus State with an associate's degree and didn't do it ," said the 24-year-old, who earned a bachelor's in integrated media from OU.
