Suitable as drop-in replacement of standard 54HC and 74HC logic gates for operation between 2.8–5.5 V, Series XTR54000 can be configured in 4 main logic functions: NAND, NOR, XOR, INVERTER, all with Schmitt trigger inputs. Devices operate well below and above -60 to +230°C temperature range. Available in hermetic or plastic packages, as well as tested bare dies, products are intended for automotive, aeronautics, and down-hole applications.
