NY Minute: Cuomo used campaign funds to provide gifts to security detail

Gov. Andrew Cuomo has been using his campaigns to give out Kenneth Cole watches and monogrammed coats as thank-you gifts to members of his security detail, the Albany Times Union reports. "All Things Possible" hits bookstores today , and Cuomo is making the media rounds to promote the new memoir.
