Net, Claro launch quad-play offer in Brazil

(Telecompaper) America Movil's Brazilian subsidiaries Claro and Net Servicos announced they will start offering quadruple-play packages of broadband, fixed and mobile telephony and pay-TV. The Multi Combo plan offers free calls to landlines and Claro mobile phones across the country. For the mobile service, customers get a choice of 100 or 600 minutes per month, unlimited SMS and data plans of 2 GB or 5 GB a month. For existing Claro customers, the data franchise will be 500 MB or 2 GB. The telephony plans can be combined with any pay-TV and broadband package from Net. For customers who already have pay-TV from Net they can add the fixed and mobile telephony plan starting from BRL 149.80. For those who have not subscribed to Net, the quad-play is available from BRL 199 per month.
