Available in QFN 3 x 3 and DO‑214AA packages designed to maximize heat dissipation and layout flexibility, PLEDxUx Unidirectional Series Open LED Protector provides switching electronic shunt path when one LED in string fails as open circuit. PLED devices, connected in parallel with each LED in series string, enables remainder of string to continue to function if one LED fails.
